i am booking my flight to japan today or tomorrow..and have a couple questions for the Japan crew...i am going sometime in october/november.. -are there any good toy festivals during oct/nov?? wonder festival?? -besides the two Mandarakes,,do you know any good toy spots in osaka??,,i am going there on a vinyl (the ORIGINAL vinyl,,records) shopping trip... -will secret base be releasing figures on halloween day??? answers to any of these questions will help me decide the days.. thanks in advance for any info...

October 1 is Superfes. A glorious and chaotic toy scrum. November 11 is Patchi kaiju summit. Usually its a total trip. not like any other event your likely to go to. Also the best toy shops in Osaka are basically in one small cluster near the Denden town Mandarake. I will be posting my long overdue Toy ahopping Osaka Flickr set any day now...
