Sorry for the shitty pic, Just stumbled accross this guy at a local shop and I am wondering what time period he is from... about 14" tall any ideas on what his story is?
Originally it was a Billiken, but this looks like the bootleg. I bet there is no manufacturer mark. The bootleg is $50-60 usually, sometimes shops price it really high though. The Billiken would be $150ish.
