Couldn't find this elsewhere, so here goes. They are from France, but clearly Eastern influenced. Their KR customs weren't really on my radar but this thing certainly is:

Kinda looks like a little dragon head resting on balls.

 

Terrible 'designer' 'toy' / statue.

 

I like it. I've never understood the point of a 2-inch toy, but the sculpt is nice.

 

It's just a tiny bust. More like a paperweight than anything else. Not for me.

 

With a Warhammer / LOTR kinda style . . . .
