ART IN THE PARK

I live right by this park and I walk the dog over there. The other day I turned my usual corner and there was this giant pink head. People like to hang around it now. no one ever really hung there before other than some soccer circles.

 

That is cool. Any info on the head or near it, or did it just show up one day?

 

this is cool unless it is right outside your bedroom window.

 

Next time I'm up that way we can dig out the rest of him.

 

It's be cooler if it had laser eyes and they had motion sensors to follw you as you pass.

any idea what it's made out of?

I am assuming it was built on location due to size

 

probably made of those pink after dinner mints

 

looks like the pink styrofoam you can get at lowes

 

made out of pepto-bismol chewables

In addition to the existing secret Jerry Garcia memorial somewhere in GG Park. I dunno, if you ask me, the real hippies are in the Santa Cruz area. SF hippies are what Anthony Bourdain calls "the Hezbollah-like Vegans." (I hope I didn't just offend anyone ... Tony said it, not me! LOL)

Where is this ramos? I'm moving to the inner Richmond in a couple of weeks ... my guess is that this is in one of the fields near the Conservatory of Flowers? Hard to tell from the pic. It's real cool!
