My wife and I have been doing smoothies with whey protein every morning. And I eat carrots with my lunch practically every day. Our vegetable garden just started flowering a couple weeks ago, so hopefully we'll have lots of veggies next month! Trying to incorporate more veggies in our dinners.
yep i def need more veggies - i do find...as suggested...adding fruits to the veggies when juiced masks the veg taste and so far it has all been good Im wondering - anyone mix powders into their juices/smoothies? besides the whey mix in what else should I look towards and when listing could you lemme know the properties and added benefits?
