are you a Juicer?

    My wife and I have been doing smoothies with whey protein every morning. And I eat carrots with my lunch practically every day. Our vegetable garden just started flowering a couple weeks ago, so hopefully we'll have lots of veggies next month! Trying to incorporate more veggies in our dinners.

    yep i def need more veggies - i do find...as suggested...adding fruits to the veggies when juiced masks the veg taste and so far it has all been good



    Im wondering - anyone mix powders into their juices/smoothies? besides the whey mix in what else should I look towards and when listing could you lemme know the properties and added benefits?

    Seems like these vegetable are also high in sulphur as is onions which can cause other issues
