When Star Wars was released in 1977 the world went crazy. Nearly every character and even those character's races enjoyed their chance in the spotlight. Such was not so for the wookies. Most of the race rejected popular press and exposure, retreating to and adapting to other locations to escape the bright lights of the Lucas Empire. In 1984 an oceanic explorer on a routine dive discovered what is now known as the "aquookie". Aquookies are wookies that somehow hypersped evolution and quickly adapted to the deepest parts of the ocean. Their fur has become slimy and resembles a bright tropical seaweed. Their diet and exposure to salt water has transformed their eyes to appear as jewels. No dive has ever resulted in the capture of a specimen. The aquookie figure is the result of a few rare photos shot in the mid and late 80's. Aquookies have not been spotted in over a decade. Many believe them extinct.
Hmmm....I wonder how closely related they are to the elusive "Seawok" on the evolutionary scale... Funny figs, though.

The eyes make me think of the little Hawaiin Tiki dolls I got when i was a kid... ahhh... what a fun memory
thanks everybody!!! i just go with the ock-wookie i really think i need some seawoks i was actually thinkin about some halloweenwoks and im already workin on 'pyrookies' which will be fire themed yeh they kinda look it, but its just the way they fit into the spots i assure you i did some tests on each one, smacking them on my hand and whatnot them eyes is sturdy
once i'm done battling this cold i'll rip a pic out for sure. too confused to figure it out. i swear i don't even understand whats going on. Agent i'm sure they fit in there fine.

it was actually some imax movie about volcanoes underwater and prehistoric life, that i downloaded i think i somehow split the concept into two with aquookies and the forthcoming pyrookies i didnt even know about green limbed chewies i looked on ebay real quick to see though i might need one of those
