Amazing set haha. I wonder if there is anything in the building though? Definitely needs the bar and the jukebox
fuck that. if a lego set comes out that isn't exclusively for kids, i will dismantle and burn every lego i own. and i have absolutely NOTHING against toys based on adult concepts. but legos are for kids. thats like wanting tom yorke to put out an old school hip-hop dance album. or having danziog singing traditional christain songs. onxy releasing their bacdafucup album as an edited wal-mart edition. johnson & johnson distibuting dildos with their bottles of baby oil....
what does posting a picture of a millenium falcon lego set have against what i stated? a vehicle from a show that has been targeted towards children for years, and the box states for ages 6 and up. i'm confused...
Both sets are for ages 16 and up - NOT for kids like you said There are many city sets for 16+ too. I think the Shaun of the Dead one could have easily been made 16+
16 is still a child. but i admit, its getting closer to me burning legos. and for the record, i definitely would burn my legos over giving them up to an skullbrain member who got offended by my posting of a fucked-up-penis picture in the nag thread. still confused how someone could look at a nag and also get offended by that...
Because a Nag isn't a fucked-up penis? I had to actually look up what you were talking about. You must have a really good memory to remember it was me
I don't (most of the time ) More on topic, anyone ever play this game? Seems like a great idea, but you'd need to use your own legos to get the most out of it according to reviews
Saw this, flipping awesome, but at the same time I was surprised that he left Boba Fett out of it all.
I always thought that the suggested age on sets like those was in reference to "skill level" or "technical difficulty" - not an age restriction of the actual content the way videogames and movies rating systems work. Am I wrong about that?
Yeah, I think you're right. They just came out with monster sets though, so I think zombies would be fine. I guess it was vetoed mostly because Shaun of the Dead is rated R
I think you're right about the R rating reason, because Lego is coming out with a generic zombie set. http://shop.lego.com/en-US/The-Zombies-9465
^^^ Yeah..I actually like the monster fighter ones. Plus they've already had a werewolf, monster, vampire in the series sets.
^ do the hobbits come with interchangeable (or rotatable) heads for different expressions? that'd be fun.
