Matt Doughty from Onell Design is a huge Blockman fan. I think he has all of them.

He doesn't have all of them but he's damn close. I started collecting these through Matt actually. About 5 years ago he sent me a box with a bunch and I was hooked haha

The Gun Robos are fantastic, especially the 357 Magnum. Amazing detail and quality for toys from 25 years ago.

The cassettes are also favorites. But if I could snap my fingers and complete just one collection today, it would be the long box mini cars. That is a tough set to put together.

Pic doesn't work. I like the Microchange/Diaclone era Transformers stuff, but I'm more a sucker for the later Japanese G1 stuff like Masterforce.

Great collection, I've never seen that many blockmen in one place.

Are Blockman parts really interchangeable with parts on older Microman sets? I read something about that but don't have any Microman stuff to test it out on.
I also keep wondering if the Blockman stuff connects to Takara's old building block toys, like Blockcar sets and Block Town. Those bricks were a bit smaller than Lego's.

Blockman and Microman and other stuff in the Takara line has 5mm holes/pegs so that's how it all comes together.

Is that mini blockman a boot? I've a couple of blue ones, and love them as cool little robots for their simplicity, but I really should get some accessories.

I'm not sure about Blockcar and Block Town but there is probably a really good chance of it working. Everything in the Takara SF Land Realm though is interchangeable as MicromanZone stated. That includes the Microman, Henshin Cyborg, Blockman, Diaclone, Timanic, Magnemo 8, Magnemo 11, Diaclone, Transformers etc. etc. etc.

Yes and the brown case with small section also is filled with Taiwan bootleg Gashapon toy versions. I don't have any blue figures though if you have any spares let me know. I could trade a different color. Where did you find the bootlegs?

Oh, I meant I have a couple of real blue Blockmen, not the bootlegs... thanks for the info tho, I hadn't realized that whole case was the boots in your pics, very cool.

Oh, got you, sorry I misunderstood. Yes the case is all boots except for the full size one in the second row. That is a fully jointed blockman custom that Matt Doughty made for me as a gift. It's really crazy, it even has a waist turn. If anyone is interested I'll take some better pics of that soon as well.

That is Microman Micro Robot 7 or "7-2-1 Formation" Box Set.
It comes with M004 Eiji figure.
I just won a complete and boxed set of this a few months ago.
It is an incredible set, I've yet to fully explore it.
I've taken some pics, I'll post some by the weekend.
Here is is on Microforever :

Here you go. Matt is totally crazy for making this. It's a one off and is one of my favorite items especially as it was a gift from a good friend:

Kept without posing it can still connect with other blockman toys like normal:

Shoulders, hips, elbows and knees are all ball jointed:

The head and the chest both have swivel:

It also can still wear the armor (not chest swivel with chestplate on though):

    Detail of weathered paint:

    Enjoy!
