Very different, but so cool! I is simple, but very distict. Is it all white vinyl or gid? And correct me if I'm wrong, but the transparent green looks like the st pattys day release from a few years back. And the darker blue from an even older anniversary release? It's cool to see that Brian and Co dipped back in time so to speak for these zombies. Again, great release. I've seen pics of about half of them and can't wait to see the others!
Very cool. Looks like you got the oddball in the lot. but it makes me wonder because the initial teaser shows a franken fighter with a gold an red fighter arms. So maybe they went through multiple mixing a before they shipped.... Now I really want to see what the others ended up looking like.
I like the gold glitter, take yours to me, I need these gold glitter parts to combine a blank gold glitter GF.
Thanks Phil. I've been trying not to buy anything, but this release was impossible to resist. Such a great idea to combine all the test shots/un paints into a mixed parts release. Ghostfigther was a gateway for me. My first fights were Skullwing, Cumberlain, Bullmask, fink shit and ghost fighter. My Skullwing came off eBay and was bought from a dude named Brian in SF. I asked him if he was Pushead, but turned out his last name was Flynn The next year he collaborated with SB to create Ghostfigther. That year I wore my new SB shirt to SDCC 05 and was stoked to hear one Chad Hensley shout "look, theres a guy in an SB shirt!" as I approached the S7 booth for my first in person meet up with Flynn and crew. It was such an awesome year as later that day I got to meet Pushead, and he signed my Cocobat Joes and helped me find my wallet....which it turns out was in my bag the whole time. Pus introduced me to Oka from Medicom, who told me he had 7 Mutons! When I left that day with the SDCC 05 Ghostfigther and various Pus goodies I was on cloud f'ing 9!!!!!! It seems like forever ago, but when I got this toy, I felt the same feeling again. No kidding.
The amount of positive in the post makes me smile Carl. I still love getting that feeling when we all get the chance to unite and just be nerds. When its done right this hobby is the best.
Hope you guys don't mind me pulling these over from the what you got thread, so we can see them all in the same thread. These were 2 of the earliest we saw posted. Plus Brians at the bottom brings our pic total to 9? and Brian posted this 1 on FB as the 1 he kept.
