Bought a couple of these when they came out, arm joint broke on one immediately, the other had crappy paint. I was robbed.

 

Its hard to think that back in 1998 in the IT rooms attempting to buy new VP figures online with my mothers credit card at what seemed like a great price around the time of leaving high school (so not having to fight or argue with the dumb kids anymore) and having a good time at conventions, people selling what they want, painting models any damn way you like and no one being a nuisance, that in the future everyone would have the internet and I would have the year round misery of knowing some other people in this tacky forum interested in the same sort of things would be a constant interference to my hobbies, most of them older than me yet acting younger than the kids back then (that unfortunately you can't injure or swear at like you could at school) and the people in charge would be exactly like the annoying school IT supervisor kid that everyone hated.
I would never dream there was such a rubbish monster in Ultraman that looked like an ugly frail old woman in a bush either.
Now we're cursed with these web warts that are incapable of shutting up.

At last someone agree that French have a higher taste in Sofubi... We were already on top for wine, food and fashion, so I personnaly feel happy that I managed to help my country reach another summit.

I know these toys can be somewhat of a sacred art form to some but like...in the end...it’s still a fucking toy. And you can still like your toys even if someone else doesn’t like it.

 

Absolutely. I also collect Monchichi and Tinkle Tots, and a whole bunch of stuff very few people on this board give two fucks about. Does it bother me? Not at all.
