What?????? This ended oddly. Not %100 sure what the fuck just happened in these last two. I really am confused. There was just so much randomness on top of randomness and I don't think anything was answered really and a whole lotta questions left remaining. Anybody know if there is another season in the wings or is that what we are really left with? I am definitely going to super marathon watch to see if maybe I can grasp this. Just soooooo many questions.
There are a bunch of reviews/articles out that helped me make sense of it. There's stuff I missed from the new series, or don't remember from the original, so it helps to be able to get that info from the articles. Also, I've never been a big fan of Fire Walk With Me, so anything that references the film is sorta lost on me (and I just recently rewatched the darn thing!). But, I was fully prepared for a confusing finale that answered nothing, or mostly nothing, and am totally satisfied by the ending. It really couldn't have been done any other way.
Wow, what a whirlwind of a rollercoaster ride for us diehard Peakers and Lynchians. Twin Peaks: The Return didn't disappoint. Hauntingly absurd and surreal as only Frost and Lynch could conjure up. Always a challenge to tie up any loose ends in this topsy turvy series and I'm completely happy with the ending we got. Now, if anyone knows what really happened to Agent Chester Desmond that would be great.

I know this question is like stepping back in time a few years, but did anybody hear anything regarding a DVD release?
@The Moog - The series is being released as Twin Peaks: A Limited Series Event as separate Blu-ray and DVD sets. December 5th in the US, and In your neck of it it will be the day before. This post details all of the specifics, including a breakdown of what will be exclusive to the Blubies.
does anyone know if the extras on the Fire Walk With Me criterion blur ray are the same as the ones on the box set blue ray?

30 years ago this evening... ...I sped home on my bicycle from my shift at Harmony House, hoping like hell that my pop hadn't messed with the VCR, programmed, as it was, to record the debut of David Lynch's first TV show. Worked out! Obsession ensued. Now I am old.
^ Ha, thank the other David! Yes, it's a good thing. Today's forecast, however, is for FIRE! Also golden sunshine.
