Leeeeee Toy, Hong Kong toy makers have just released a new sofubi toy set called Mini Earthly Mix and Match set. The reason I'm posting this is because, well... a) I can't find much information about Leeeeee Toy on Skullbrain. And b) I made the artwork for this wonderfully produced toy set. They asked me to do a painting for the front and two sides of the box in my style, (I use gouache and watercolor). I love the details with the packaging. I hope you will like it too.
Wow Martin! Beautiful art work! They made a great choice in asking you to design the packaging. So much attention and details, the colors are fantastic. You really communicate the joy of toys, not only does it make you want to pick up the box, it exudes happy! Very effective tie in to the contents! Nice hint of nostalgia. Hope you are able to design toy packaging on a regular basis--good stuff!
Well, there's here, the (admitedly neglected) dedicated thread that Glenn started... ...but "b)" is certainly a fine excuse to start your own little nook. Maybe give the 'official' one a bump, too? Nice work, sir.
