Heard it for the very 1st time this morning and it's definately their best effort since 'Here Comes The Indian'... total 'Strawberry Fields' vibe!
That must be a fascinating collaboration to say the least... please elaborate on your own experience listening to this specific album. I'm by far a Heldon fan but they did some bizarre stuff.

I'm in the .01% but lately I've been listening to 102.1 classical music. It's surreal and relaxes me at night.
Some classical, but mostly very old time music and old funk jazz and hard bop jazz. Last 4: Jimmy Smith Live at Club Baby Grand Lou Donaldson Everything I Play Is Funky Richard "Groove" Holmes After Hours Les Années Blue Note Organ and Soul The grease is so thick, it's almost like butter.
lucky! i bought tickets for the small show at the henry miller library in big sur, and got the email a few days later that they were oversold, and i got refunded. SOOOOOOO BUMMMMMMMMED!!!! to make things extra lame, since i was so excited that i got tickets to the big sur show, i didnt bother getting tickets to the show across the bay in oakland, which ive now missed the boat on. is this what toy oversell emails feel like?
Dragonforce. My brother sent me one of their albums, I guess they're on Guitar Hero 3 (haven't played it) at first I thought it was a joke I was like what the fuck is this Metal parody. But they thoroughly rocked me and I got the rest of their albums. Also listening to Heartless bastards the mountain and P.T. Walkley Mr. Macey wakes alone
Man, I love this kind of stuff. Didn't know that they'd reissued the Jimmy Smith disc(s); I'll have to pick them up. The tracklisting sounds great. I saw him in Chicago around 2000, and it was awesome.

Ah too bad. The show in LA was canceled due to illness. I was pretty bummed but they're making it up later this month. Should be great!
I got all these from a side dealer at the prepress house I used to work in. He combs all the used stores and is a Sony BMG junkie. BTW, BMG is cleaning out a lot of their catalog; some huge bargains, I hear.
