Oh god, just the thought of it - nightmares!! If I ever did track down a set, I'd probably end up munching them all down unknowingly. (I love marzipan) And then I would be one mighty sad sack indeed.
Very nice Deevis! Finally getting over being greenie to say that the Osaka minis are quite nice. Can we please have more views of Mr. Whale? I'm esp. smitten with him.
Wellllllll, I wouldn't say I am over it just yet. But I am trying. I hadn't noticed in the earlier preview shots that Ragon was giving a delightful little peace sign. Seems like these are smitten little friendly monsters after all.

Ahhhh! Very nice!!! The dinos in the back look like they are trying to decide whether or not to tell Mr. Iguanadon, he's got a giant gold acne sprouting from his nose Deevis, remind me please... your green Iguanadon is the Green vinyl / blue, red and gold paint. When was that released and was it a special release? Not a Grumbly Toy version, eh?
Nothing special, but surely spectacular! I wasn't hep to these pretties at the time, obviously, but Daniel tells me that this particular batch showed up sometime in later 2006, and was available through mail-order and at festivals.
Well, they are waaaaaaaaaaaaay hep now! Thank you Deevis , and thank you Daniel for your encyclopedic knowledge of all things buta dinos!
Hard to think that toys from just a relative few years ago have become so obscure and hard to come by - well, outside of for David I guess - but I guess that shows how amazing these Buta toys are, that once they are in someone's hands, they rarely come out to play again in the wild.
I'm not as big on the Boss as many of you are but DAMN that's a pretty toy. Clear with interior sprays?
