Dude. Bloody Mary. That was the best episode since 8. Gives me a lot of hope that these last 3 are going to be pretty crazy.

This caught me off gaurd. What the hell is going on here exactly? That was crazy shit her taking that chunk out of his throat. This show is just so damn awesome. I just can't wait for them to find the real Coop. Also, very interested to find out what's up with Diane. Shady lady.

^^^ 18 parts, yes, but only 3 more Sundays of fun - the final 2 installments are airing as the premier did, like a full-length film.
Don't forget about her recently revealed relative... BANG, what an hour that was!

I don't even know what to say about this episode. I am not sure how I feel about it. Fucking weird shit.

Wow, this last episode (15) was brilliant. Jeffries clanking and throbbing, the crackling static of halogen lightbulbs trembling on evil Coop's face, Dougie sticking it to the socket. WOW. My spine kept shooting shivers up and down while Hawk spoke with the Log Lady one last time. Even the scene with Ed and Norma, that kiss, was incredible. Fans have waited decades for that caress.

Some episodes have been gratuitously meandering, which I guess is part of the charm. But this episode was firing on all cylinders. The final scene with the girl kicked out of her booth was shockingly intense, too... A quiet example of the brutality women face every day.

^ The last bit being all the more fantastic by the put-upon crawler being portrayed by Charlyne Flipping Yi! I half expected her to go into her finest impression. Before the screaming, that is.

Gratuitously meandering, eh? I see what you're saying, but I don't think hardly any of the payoffs would have been nearly so resonant and affecting without the build. Right there with you on Part 15, though - rewards galore: Some we were waiting just a few weeks for; others a quarter century!

So incredibly satisfying to finally get some good old fashion real Coop. That was a breath of fresh air...... So confused about Audrey now. That Dance??? And then whatever the hell happened. Still so many questions needing answers. The blind chick in the cell, the weird zombie dude in there too. Not to mention still no mention or follow up on whatever the fuck that was Bobby saw that night with that crazy ass lady and another zombie like person spewing sludge. I guess that's nornal.?.?.

"Where we're from, the birds sing a pretty song, and there's always music in the air."

I figured that they'd be doing something like this, but I just confirmed it: Showtime, starting at 4 a.m. EST, will be screening the whole dag Return from tip to tail. A younger me would be setting an alarm. Old Man Me? He started his rewatch on Saturday.

I did catch and recognize a bunch of hidden in plain sight threads as they were being woven in, but damn, my second look, after 16 hour-long nuggets and their slow reveals, has been bonkers satisfying. A masterfully crafted quilt, I tells ya, with every stitch having its intended place.

Ya I am very much going to need to binge tip to tale the whole thing at first chance. Just so much to put together...... And damn Jerry, get some new binoculars.

New Peaks, logo to logo, runs 15h15m14s so far. Shave off the intro and end crackle from all but the opening episode? 14h48m4s. Why am I mentioning this here? My brain wouldn't shut up about it until I tallied it out, and sharing the results is helping me to pretend that I didn't completely waste the last couple of minutes of my life on said crunching.

Anyone planning a marathon viewing before the big finish airs? You can set your alarm an hour later and still catch up in time!

I'm yrev excited. Can you tell?
