Woke up to an awesome mail day

 

Blob Jelly...and it's a beauty (although I always though it was GID). Awesome piece and a welcome addition.

 

Love that crazy yarn-head Dokugan. Definitely an awesome collab, I hope more toy makers choose to collab with textile/yarn/etc artists to make cool stuff like this happen! The kimono Fog comes to mind.

 

Here's the toys from the last couple of weeks.

The Frosty on the left. Decided I should have it, since I already had the cat.


Finally got my first damn bean. Who knew I'd still be trying to get the same four after 2 years of looking. And the Helper. He may have been partly responsible for the acquisition, being that he is a benevolent caring kind of fellow...

 

I know it's not "in the mail" but I just snagged this rad VAG Series 2 T9G from a gashapon machine today in Shibuya:

Fantastic little dude for only 500円.

Sadly, they were sold out of the Mirock ones...

 

I always have an inner qualm with this, but there's no "What You Just Got/Bought" thread. I love the photo!

 

Please god no! . . . Does Skulldrain really need another thread for needy n00bs and asshats to post the latest inane crap that they acquired by whatever means?

I love how that one thread 'What you got in the mail that isn't a vinyl toy' is full of toys. Someone will surely argue with me and say:"Well Lixx this toy is plastic and not Japanese!" Who cares? I thought that threads point was to show interesting things other than toys? Then again I don't get the point of most new threads.

 

7. Toys that you bought that are still in their bags and photographed on the floor so that you don't need to take another photo when you list it on eBay.
