It would be remiss of me to let this thread go by without a mention of my personal favorite:

If the Skull Bee hadn't been posted, that's immediately where I'd have gone. But this one doesn't need any grandiose entry.

Edit: Cosmo only did the body to this fighter, I believe. Not the head.

This is 1 of the standouts for me. I don’t know if it’s necessarily my favorite of the CL sculpts I’m aware of, but there sure is a lot of next level understanding and “out of the box” thinking that goes into such a non conventional design as Cococroc. Plenty of sculptors would look at that design and say, “Well do you want it to stand or don’t ya?” They’d then alter the hell out of it’s positioning, sacrificing much of the personal character that ultimately gives power to Cosmo Liquid’s sculpt.

That's interesting. I remember reading that RxH has several prototype modellers, and Mori always talked about his toy making as 'We', but I've never heard who did what sculpt before. I just assumed his earliest successful toy was sculpted by himself.

The vast majority of toy makers don’t sculpt their own stuff. We just assume they did, but turns out nope.

Punch Ball is so funny. The rumored reason for why it was made makes it even better. But the matte gloves/trunks and glossy body combo makes it pretty nice feeling fighter in hand. Overly simplistic, but there’s still somethin’ here about it.

My one and only Cosmo Liquid toy. I’ve had this guy for a long time.

I’d still love to add a Croc and Taoking to the collection. I wish Super7 had released the hyper detailed Taoking instead of the Bullmark version...But I’m happy we even got a toy by the talented Geoff Darrow.

Thanks to a tip from one of my most favorite toy peeps, I was able to pick this beauty up at far below what I’ve seen them usually go for the past few years.

I’m pretty damn impressed with the paint job and the overall quality of the figure. It’s my first China-produced Pus toy and the only Kaws figure I have any interest in at all.

@phantomfauna that’s a Woodring character, right? (edit: clicked on the photo and answered my own question). I didn’t know Cosmo Liquid sculpted stuff for him. I’ve always loved his entire toy line, and his artwork. Very pleased to make that mental connection between the two artists.

I just posted this yesterday. Funny.
This is the DCon 2016 Sour, the Sour lemon craze.

I made the shelves too. Nothing crazy but pretty cool looking.
