This is not my photo, but wanted to bring this here for the attention of @ultrakaiju who has fallen head over heels in love with a certain Rat Bat Spider Crab, from the Sci-Fi/Adventure film The Angry Red Planet (1959), initially posted (as a reference!) over in the fugly thread. There. I'll crawl back into that festering cesspool now.

I don't know how I missed this tip/tag, but thanks @C E ! Yeah, for sure M1' RatBatSpider is a an amazing toy, and such a noble treat to fans of this film. It should really be tracked down in all of it's iterations. I have this red version - I am sure I've posted it in this thread somewheres - and really am hankering for a GID at some point as well. They actually used to be easily available, and for an almost criminally affordable price, but I think the last few years have seen the demand for them increase.
As promised, Here are a few photos of that red Biollante. This is another sculpt I wasn't crazy about until I saw it in this colorway. The red vinyl with these paint applications just works for me. Mutant strawberry creature
@grosspustule - Those figures look way more vibrant than in other pics I have seen of them. You now have me wondering if I need another Biollante/Goji pair.

Such a fun and nice toy. Wonderful detail paid to the different texture/sculpting details, without being in your face. Yadokarin is great, he is a licensed character but nabs all of that amazing pachi appeal. The space station 'shell' is just such a delight. And of course the skilled M1 paint application manages to pull it all together. Nice snag!
He really is a fun one! I love the addition of the space capsule shell, and being able to remove it is really cool! I can't really think of many others that have removable parts like that (well, the Zollmen Demeking does have that cool removable shell too!) I love this orange vinyl one, but that Glow version is pretty rad too!
Has anyone else seen this before? I found it on YJA for cheap several months ago. Yes that is an actual photo with the mini.
