Unfortunately, you will always have selfish people trying to sneak through and break the rules eventhough they know that it's wrong. It all boils down to the moral fiber that an individual does or doesn't have within themselves. Kudos to James for being a proactive gatekeeper for the community we love.

I'm a total statistics nerd. It would be interesting to see lotto entry data: how many people entered, average amount of posts per day since join date, etc.
