    Hey! You may want to make the second Address line optional if you can. I kept getting an error saying my entry wasn't right until I typed a period into the "address 2" field. Once I did that, it worked like a charm!

    Thanks for the feedback! The address part of the form has been removed and replaced with a zip / postal code entry and a country.
