The character's name is Bunbun (ブンブン). I think he was from a live action kids shown in the early 80s. Here are some quick image grabs:
That Mach Baron is awesome. I love all the silver they added to break up the all-red color scheme--looks nicer than many larger versions of the same character.

Wonderful pendants, guys! Dave, that Red King is a deep, deep favourite sculpt of mine; love that silver-toothed grin with his chunkiness. Jonathan, so impressive man. I always love seeing folks' pendant collections, and no matter how many times I see them, it makes me smile. That's an interesting Lion Maru version, I love his sword-pulling pose, with that karate chop! I gather (I think @scobot knows best) that the chains for these can be had on the cheap from some craft suppliers; I have a number of vintage ones without, which are still good, but I'd like to upgrade for wearability display.
Now that is my kind of bad, Scott!!! That looks like a full on toyshop. Thinking about what it must look like now is giving me some toy dreams. I need to make a pilgrimage to this shrine some day.
