    But there is a reason. The side view gives a whole other perspective to the overlay of Otus, and lets you see his, er, man parts, emerging from the engulfing owl phage. Oh, and because it is a cool toy.

    It doesn't remind me of anything and that it pretty awesome by itself. Came out really nice. Hope I can snag a GID when they come out. The size of the feet makes it look like it stands really well which I love.

    Did you sculpt it yourself?

    Neat!

    It's cool when a new toy comes out that I like but it's so much better when I know the one behind it is such a nice person. I will be happy to get at least one of these in my collection.

    I am so damn impressed with the sculpting job. Seriously, it's amazing. The expressions of the spaceman and owl are just incredible.
    You can tell it was a labor of love. Grats. :mrgreen:

    thanks for all the kind words guys! It really means a lot coming from great skullbrainers.

    im working on getting my airbrush booth ventilation setup, so I can get this GID run done.
    the way i have to set it up is kind of complicated, but it should be within the next few weeks.

    Ahhh that's so neat!!! From a small 2.5 inch clay sculpt into resin, and then from there into full-fledged soft vinyl... I love it!

    Yeah, I really like the resin precursur guy, too. We've discussed the ins and outs of this fella behind the scenes. You've always had a fine touch, Brent. It is great to see the evolution of the idea in your mind. This guy is different in his own way, and I think would have made a great keshi style figure, alongside a series of similar characters given realisation under the Evom touch.
