I'd like to see the whole astro mu set ...but they need clear vinyl and pipe cleaners to make it great

I don't know but there is something i like a little bit about this. Not enough to buy, but none the less.

    Awesome.
I'm surprised that it can stand without falling over.

    Re: New Collab

I thought the figure style looked a bit familiar..it's a collab with convex for sure..I think I will be passing on this and the new bookends

    Re: New Collab

With a different body (most substantial) I would probably like this. And yeah, clear vinyl would be a must.
I'd like to see how the Astro head works on a Skullbrain body...maybe with a new arm sculpt too.

The only thing missing are some big Mickey Mouse ears.
More is not always better. This screams out for some good editing!

The upper half at least... the lower half looks almost unfinished.

this is an astro mu homage?? i'm sorry but it's so far removed from what astro mu looks like whatever character homage it is trying to achieve/project it fails

Like it. The bright primary colors are a great nod to the blinding color schemes of vintage super robot and tokusatsu toys.

Although I hope there is a head under there or something.

    Re: New Collab?

This toy is named "astro-mutan" and is produced by not SB but CONVEX. And this one is made like astro mu 5 as CONVEX explained in their Blog.

SB will deal and sell this astro-mutan but I don't know they can accept the international order of this.

    Re: New Collab?

The vinyl on it looks distinctively SB, wonder if they have the same factory. I suppose this needs to be moved to japan toys, I will change the subject accordingly
