I was also intrigued by the open possibility/description of a 'white' Goro. Frankly, this one is a bit of a mystery, and I am eager to see what the actual figure will look like. Alas though, might as well send my wishes into the wind at this point when it comes to Butanohana toys.
Paint sprays are great...Paint variations are great... But the gargamel trio takes the cake. I didn't expect to see that.

Christ. I had to have a talk with myself about the financial irresponsibility of looking for a mule the cream set is just so good. Did these already drop on the 18th, or is it happening on the 22nd at SuFes?

Correction made! I like the colors of the set (reminds me of a chocolate raspberry tart), but Sanda and Shiraji are too goulish for my taste. I love that Gorosaurus though! I like the minis a lot, but I made a promise to myself not to go down that path. The standard sizes are expensive enough (after-market prices that is, not Mr. O's original price -- just wish he'd sell internationally!) and I have only so much shelf space. I have a few buta micros which are uber cute!
A lovely grouping all. I at least - envy aside - am very happy to see these unpacked and being enjoyed out in the wild, rather than turned around or sitting on an auction/shop listing at 300% the price. Toys are meant to be fun, eh!
Has only 6 characters from spectreman been released? For some reason I’m thinking that there might have been 1 or 2 more but can’t seem to find anything which probably answers my question. But just curious. Thanks
The Goro/Shiraji/I don't know the third guy set is just amazing. Wonderful work, love it to death... especially the Shiraji. He's sofa king perfect. It's like... god, man....
Yep - seven toys total: five monstas and two editions of the hero himself. I fully plan to wet myself when the day comes that we get to see see snaps of Gori and his long-suffering assistant.
Really enjoying the pink Toho standards. The long, cylindrical sort of form makes them really easy to pocket and mess around with, and the paints pack a little more refinement than many of the earlier Buta ventures I own, particularly in the finishing touch of dull gold/bronze sprays. The child in me still wishes they had jointed arms, especially Gorosaurus, but I understand more parts and labour might make the cost of a set too high, both in terms of money and Ohashi's time. Another win.
Lixx would be flipping out over that Sanda and itty bitty Hedorah! Long-time wishes of his. Pouring one out for Mr. Grumpy as soon as I click send.
