What does everybody think is the best option for gluing glass eyes in my Zug Troll?

Thanks so much my friend! This was glass with 16mm size eyes I recommend some kind of adhesive that doesn't leave that white foggy residue. I got lucky with the eyes, they didn't get all foggy. I was thinking about punching some hair in down the road.

any tips on cutting the vinyl? as far as tools and prepping. i wanted to do this to mine too but im kind of scared. the glass eyes add so much more life to it though

 

People tend to use Exacto blades, but I find there isn't much control in cutting the vinyl. If I could recommend anything I'd stick with a shorter length blade.

Why do so many people want to modify their toy? I dont understand changing it from how it was released if youre not gonna paint it.

 

Use a brand new exacto blade and carefully warm up the vinyl first (heat gun or blow dryer). Don't use too much pressure while cutting, if you heat it properly and your blade is sharp then it should cut with ease. Practice first on a cheaper toy, like a blind box or something.

I figured this probably belonged here as a subspecies of troll since it does use the troll body.

Im really digging how nasty this figure looks especially in the clear vinyl used.

I kinda made this as an inside joke. So I doubt I'll be doing tons of them. But yeah it's just gross out humor definitely not for everyone.

 

I don't think allot of ppl are fan of trolls that are complete dickheads. Quite a nice statement toy piece to be honest LMFAO.

Truth is I love that you did it because its art, do what you want! Indulge in all the strange concepts you desire. Staying in the proverbial box is more frightening to me for an artist than a wang is. Does it come with a free VD?
