War of the Colossal Freaks of Frankenstein's Planet.

 

I'm pretty sure this is what I was talking to James about at his booth during DCon. It's massive, and super gnarly. The original sculpt is 3D rendered based off of James' art, but whoever the illustrator is, they're a hair away from perfecting the aesthetic that James hand sculpted it. It's so, so close a representation to James' signature technique and texture in his sculpts. Super impressive all around.

 

After the original King Korpse was released, they made the open mouth version, multiple color variants, and the new ZERO version, but for me, the original King Korpse figure is still my #1 toy in my collection, It is just perfect in my eyes. So the fact that instinctoy built this wood king korpse of the original, It just feels right and looks glorious to me.

Groman will have some other larger figures with him at DCon.

The Cthulhu looks good but not a blank.

James said he was working on that Godzilla and a Werewolf by night design for Mondo.

I thought that blank Cthulhu looked great in person (and bought it).
