Having a vintage toy gun shipped. Updated! Spoiler-not good.

I just remembered the first Godesu I bought came with a very realistic toy gun. Had no problems receiving it, nor did Spectrum Lab seem concerned about shipping it. I think your proxy service is just being overly cautious.

 

Unfortunately, my friend tends to me the overly cautious type, and he’s not a toy collector so he doesn’t see the point in paying $100+ for an old set of toys. I don’t know that he’d be willing to mail it. Not unless it could be disassembled. He also mentioned he’s having some issue with PayPal at the moment so I don’t know if he could receive payment from me to ship it. Anyone have a friend in Japan who’d be willing to do me a favor and mail it to me?

 

I’m still in discussions with my childhood friend, so it may not be needed. I also don’t want to put anyone on the spot over a toy. If nothing else, if this thread saves someone else from making the Same mistake then it’s not a total loss.
