Fuck you depression.

I took a phone call today informing me that one of my work colleagues has committed suicide on Sunday. All of us where i work, and all his friends are in shock. None of us saw it coming - we knew he was troubled but not to that extent. He apparently overdosed on pills, his friends went round his house looking for him and found his body.

It just fucking sucks . . .

I’m terribly sorry to hear that, Moog. My condolences to you, fellow coworkers and his family/loved ones. It’s a catch 22, but I’ve always felt like every single person has experienced loss in one form or another, and in that regard, none of us are alone in the feeling. I lost a friend to suicide four years ago this year and I can only hope people that suffer these thoughts and fates have finally found their peace. <3

 

I’m sorry, @The Moog Joe. I’ve experienced something similar. If you feel the need to talk to anyone outside of that circle , I am here , as I’m sure are others.
