Yeah, you're talking about a guy who sends his little sister and her school chums to mule for a Mishka Nag lotto, and sends his little grother to try and greab him a PK piece at NYCC. What can you do. He's got plenty of people around him who share his lack of ethics and are more than happy wasting their time to help him out.

The longer I do this, the closed list sales system keeps looking better and better.

I'm just disappointed that after all his schemes and cons and all the evidence that's been collected he's still a free boy. I really thought Frank's involvement was going to make a difference.

As well as the large amount of Professionals, Establishments, Paypal Claims, and Bank Account Charge-backs... Perhaps if enough high number sellers who bring eBay a LOT of business & have been scorned by him could come together & approach eBay about it, that he could at least be blocked there. It would at least put a big gape in his wallet... Ya know, problem is that his 1st response would be to create a profile under a relative's persona! Grrr

He's also not the 1st and his ability to continue w/o any legal consequences is Most Certainly encouraging other scumbags.

His may-as-well-be slogan : "HEY! Look what I can do! And I'm F*ing Rewarded For It! How Many of YOU Chumps Have a Collection Like THIS! HA! FOOLS!"

We can only hope that the bottom of his "only smirky douchebags allowed" secret treefort hideout eventually drops out from the weight of his impending karmic doom, and when he hits the ground, he Falls HARD, with the intensity of a trillion splintering assholes.

He got banned from many NYCC booths and he still somehow ended up getting shit to flip. Banning him from clutter may be a good idea but who know's how well it'll work.

Until this guy finally ends up facing some sort of legal consequences (hopefully), "banning" him from venues apparently only equals doing him a favor - he just sends his little sister and doesn't even have to leave mommie's flat.

alot of folks know who his grother is at this point, so he'll probably be denied by most makers anymore.
