That would have been my first guess... Thanks for the info. If anyone is curious: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kulindadromeus
Thank you @maxaltoman for the dino info, and thank you @akum6n for the dino link. That bird-like characteristic really comes through in the sculpture!
Well, there are quite a few possibilities with that type of view, but I think my impression is that it might be a new Goji figure (even a micro or mid-size), which is quite interesting. His, as-always, cryptic post could be reference to sort of setting aside Toho licenses of late, especially in the smaller lines, for original and Tsubu sculpts.
I keep checking this thread hoping for a Booska line. He's the only toy maker that I could see doing Booska, Chamegon, Imora, Kourin, and the children.
Yep, so I would say this confirms at least three new Toho Chibi micros? Would be great to see if we get 'King,' or, dare I dream, a Mechanikong? As much as I am a Tsuburite at heart, it is nice to see him get permission/return to the Toho licenses. Especially as the last micro set became so chaseable from the get go.
Very exciting to see these! How impossible to get are they? So no drop info on blog, but I could be missing stuff again.
Oh no... I'm afraid if I see a front view of the MechaG that I will lose all the iron willpower I have built-up to avoid getting into Buta. I should probably stop looking at this thread now.
I'm excited for these, they look fantastic and glad Buta has returned to do some more painted micros. Would be great to see a full buta-size Barry and Mecha G as well. That Mecha G has some sweet detailing.
Me too! I have been calling for a Hedorah for as long as I can recollect (especially now that so many Ultra characters have been done in the micro line). I especially dig the somewhat oversized head on the MG. All my Toho parts are peaking at this offering. Oohashi-san, thank you.
Lol. I wish I can scoop them all up. I have a feeling they will be a 1 day license for the upcoming April Super Fest. I am sure I am not the only person that notice, but MG head looks like it might be a removable mask?
C'mon Mark....they're pretty affordable compared to vintage....a little buta here and there never hurt anybody....
