A Popy dealers catalog from '79: Images rescued from the 'Bay. Only set the sensible bidder back a mere $14.25!
Haha, yeah. That is one hell of a catalogue right there - chock full of fun stuff. I assume this is a duck-shoot (kaiju-shoot) using the pistol thats strapped to the side?
@The Moog, just want to tell you how awesome this thread is as a resource for vintage toy research. There have have been a few rare vintage toys I have ONLY been able to find high quality images of in this thread. So kudos for not only having a huge, aesthetically pleasing cache of toy porn and other related visual delights, but one that is truly invaluable as one dives down the vintage rabbit hole.
@Michael Beverage You are welcome mate, its cool that the thread has grown into something entertaining and informative. LONG LIVE SKULLBRAIN
No way, i never knew that North America got SNES nearly a year earlier than Europe, and it was a different casing. The one i had in the UK was the same as in that advert . . . If i had to pick just one game i loved on the SNES it would have to be 'The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past'. I completed that game many times over, and then all over again when they ported it to the Game Boy Advance. Classic!
