the BuriBuri Zaemon looks like a direct translation from screen to vinyl. Very cool. Although not something I'd collect.

The guy specializes in Buriburizaemon. Very nice figure, though kinda huge. http://www.lares.dti.ne.jp/mizuo/
Fuck, pulled the trigger on two of the Shelterbank figures at secondary market prices...but they are awesome.
Ooh which ones? Double Headed Mummy? I saw one on YJA- it's definitely the exact same one I got last summer from SF16.
Not the mummy. I do still need one of those? I just can't do 3 at secondary prices. I got the shadow x (skull guy) and the Hideri Gami (cyclops). One day I'll snag a mummy.
The mummy two head and mister big skull are my favorites of the bunch. When people start getting fed-up with two-headed figures, here's a refreshing take on the concept. I need to get ahold of that hep cat (worshipper). I know it was brought up in the sunguts thread, but a couple other highlights imo this year were the little Frankie and 1-day licensed 2nd Phase Shin Gojira. ^ Photo belongs to Sunguts. Yeah. It was just on display, not released yet. The majority of the Enma-kuns seem to have found their way onto Yahoo Auctions pretty fucking quickly...
Excellent Joe, I can't wait to see pics. I totally hear you on the secondary market woes. I'd love some of these too, but man, the immediate markup these guys have (and the M1 T-28 while I am at it) are just so much it's painful. @Lixx Did you confirm this with other pics? I still have only seen 'all white' looking ones.
Yes I can, this pic is from an auction saying WF 2017: Look at the light beige banding on the chest, arms, and legs. Same as mine. Not as pronounced as the first release with green/orange heads but present.
Thanks man, appreciate the quick answer. You are 100% right, if that is indeed from the latest WF, then the release is exactly the same (or even from the same batch, which is what I initially thought when I heard they were coming out again this year). Hopefully* if they keep coming out, it might flatten... a little. * but I wouldn't count on it in this hobby
Shadow-x is pretty amazing. 13" tall I was very surprised by the size. Like other recent shelterbank toys these are made of a hollow soft rotocast eurethane resin that has a vinyl like feel. I have 4 or 5 other Shelterbank toys made like this and Really it's just crazy, these toys are hand made garage toys. The engineering and finished products are just amazing. The toy is very heavy and with the height it's not a solid stander. the urethane has much more flex than the vinyl so you can kind of push and prod it to get in a postition to stand, but it takes a little effort. Still, absolutely love it, even if he'll have to lean against another toy for support. Goga for scale.
Great pick up @JoeMan, such a fun sculpt. The skull has a particularly vintage feel which makes me smile. Is Shadow-X a Shigeru Mizuki creation or something else? Google is only showing me photos of Shadow from Sonic and him doing odd things with his hedgehog friends...
