Twinkles the Elephant, a spinoff from King Leonardo. This bank is in only fair condition, but a mint one is pricey.

Funko Makes a bobble of him, but otherwise I don't think there's too much.

not bad, but I was really hoping there was a vinyl one out there. I've only ever seen plush, other than this.

I can't remember actually eating Freakies cereal, but I must have because I used to have BossMoss stickers and some of the other characters, as well. That's a cool blast from the past.

cereal mascots have always sort of struck an interest in me.

i want one of the freakies bossmoss!

If you're in the Chicago area, look up "Forever Young." I think it's right outside of the city, on Belmont, and it's my treasure trove of anything non-Japanese vinyl based. They have a whole stock of ad characters I JUST noticed last time I was in. You may not notice them at first because there's a gajillion Transformers in front of them, but they're there. I'll try and snap some pics when I hit it again on my return, they don't care if you take pics there. Scrubbing Bubbles is what caught my attention for sure.
