My brother and I got a kick out of shooting these at each other.
They share a kindred spirit with madballs, imo.

They retch it, you catch it! These are so completely awesome. I don't remember these, but man I'd love to have some. Good luck finding some yourself. Pickleloaf is going to crap when he sees these.

    Kid's toys today fucking suck.

I'm glad I grew up, in what I believe, is the greatest toy era ever (mid-to-late 80s / early 90s).

I couldn't agree more. I'd say it was tied with the 60's though, some weird/awesome shit hit in the 60's.

Anyway, Count Heave a Heart is a MUST! Awesome post, thanks I totally forgot about these dudes.

The paradoxical thing is alot of todays kids toy ideas are japanese franchises. Pokemon, power rangers. Ok these were yesterdays kids toys but they sucked.

@paulievinyl-yeah these are right up pickle's alley.

@count-i'll have to keep my eyes peeled. i'm into bargains these days. not looking to loop off an arm for one.

@jcrazy-yeah def has the madball vibe going on.

@bansheebot-today's toys lack the charm and gross out qualities of the stuff back in the 80's

@bd- so many good toys out there from so many time frames. marx, mego and of course the crazy japanese tin and vinyl. count heave a heart was one of the ones i had. he always made such a nice sound when he upchucked his heart at ya.

@germs-my nephew was big into pokemon. but it was nothing that a few good star wars figures couldn't cure.

these aren't from my 'regular' childhood per se. this was in my early college years, and we called 'em our "trip toys" for a reason.
