Pheyden/Exellis/Crayboth Action Figures - get these!
Lookie here:
http://www.onelldesign.com/store.html
These are original action figures that my friends at Onell Design have just released. They brought prototypes to the last Toybox DX Summit and everyone was really impressed by them. And we're a tough crowd to please.
If Micronauts, Battle Beasts, and Star Wars figures were a part of your childhood, I strongly recommend that you try out a couple of these. They're really fun little modular figures that are designed to be played with and carried around in your pocket all day.
These are real toys. And the translucent green one is killer in person.

I saw this in someone's (datadub's?) SDCC pics and was wondering what they were.
Very cool toys, I just don't think they'd necessarily fit in with my collection.
Battle Beasts are the shit.

I met him at SDCC05 and have a couple of his handmade RECHLEN figures both in original paint scheme and all GID.
Super nice guy, high quality sculpts and paint apps. If you get any of his figures, you definitely will not be dissappointed.
These new figures have 12 points of articulation which is a long way from the ones I have that only have the basic 5 points.

My green Pheyden is along for the ride in my pocket today. I think he might be crossing the international date line tomorrow the same way.

The two figures (Pheyden and Exellis) available in the "store" section of the site are the mass-market ones they have now and are $10 each.
The other figures are smaller-run custom jobs that they produce in-house and are a little more expensive. If you're interested in something you see on their site, email them and they'll send you a quote. I have two of the crayboth figures and they are superb. Very solid urethane plastic, not fragile resin.

I received mine and they both look great. I'm really impressed with there being so many points of articulation on such small figures. The company kindly sent along one of the Beantown toys too. Fun stuff!
