I'm all about tough regulations regarding protecting the environment (it's the field I'm entering job-wise and something I strongly believe in), but I'm also against disarming citizens, pretty much legalizing everything (fuck running and subsidizing a prison system for drug users/offenders), legalize same sex marriage, pro-choice, stopping the NSA from snooping, getting the US out of foreign affairs, criminalizing wall street a-holes, stopping corporations from trying to influence congress and deregulate everything so they can rake in massive profits on consumers, close our damn borders and stop letting immigrants in (because we can't take care of the world and these people end up costing us taxes and pretty much are exploited), oh and definitely GET RELiGION out of EVERYTHING- off the money, buildings, fucking everything. Away with that shit.

This is the 3rd time something like this has happened to me this year. What the hell are these sellers thinking?! Are they banking on us just accepting the item for what it is?.. At least it's an open and shut case with his message as proof, but still, what a damn hassle.

I live with one of the most painful disease in the world with no cure. And you know that phrase, "I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy "? Well it's true as a whole, but I swear that there are some people out there who it might actually be beneficial for them to feel it at it's worst for just a few minutes. I'd say some even warrant it. This topic came up on another forum. Some idiot asked if craft beer drinkers were oblivious to the fact that brewers of corporate swill were just as capable of making "quality product". I was quick to point out that the quality of their output is inconsequential when you have a stranglehold on national distribution & our government is way too busy spying on its own citizens, destroying the healthcare industry, + wiping their collective asses with the Constitution to even remotely intervene.

I would also like to take this opportunity to wave the F U!!!1 banner vehemently in the general direction of Mandarake for their continued YJA auction poaching only to immediately relist the same items at exponentially greater prices. You are indeed the devil & your greed will crush far more sales than this vicious cycle can possibly sustain. Fucks be upon you.

 

Ohohoho, that reminds me of a funny story. I am not a beer drinker (I have a high sensitivity to bitter flavors, so anything with hops is out of the question) but my boyfriend is. We once ran out of the beer he likes and all he could find was a Corona in the back of the fridge, left over from some get-together my dad hosted at some point or another. He opens the bottle, sniffs it, and goes, "This smells like skunk." He shoves it under my nose and asks "skunk?" I recoil and say "definitely skunk." He takes a sip. "Tastes like skunk piss." I take a sip. "Yep."

Corona is now known as skunk piss between the two of us.

On a side note, my boyfriend gives 16 Mile Brewery from Delaware two thumbs up. I don't know much about beer at all, but I tasted one of them and it had a delicious nutty aftertaste. Wish I could remember the name of that specific beer.

 

A big giant FUUUUUUUUUCK YOOOOOU to cars and car ownership. Of course my car breaks down and needs $900 worth of repairs 2 weeks before my trip to DCon. That's basically my entire DCon toy budget GONE. Fuck that. Who am I kidding, I'm still going to buy whatever the fuck I want anyway. Maybe I'll just cut back on the Christmas gifts this year instead. See, now I feel bad for being selfish and spending so much on art (THEY'RE NOT TOYS, MOM!! THEY'RE ART!!) instead of real life or family. I guess I should be thankful that I can afford this without any real issues. Definitely frustrating though. Ok, I feel a little better.
