i am a member of another message board where toys are sold and traded as well, and they have a cool section to leave ebay style feedback for people you have dealt with. once a thread is made for a particular user, later comments simply are replied in that thread all the threads are kept in ABC order by the person's name it comes in pretty handy if you dont recognize someone maybe a suggestion for the board here?
no thanks. I suggest you just be an active member for awhile before you start selling shit (or begging for it). Until 6 months ago the BST had no rules at all.
S'right! Every transaction I've had on RFSO has gone sweet as a nut! . . . most deals posted elsewhere tend to turn to shit! (hold this, lowball that, how about trading it for some custom shit that looks like my cat upchucked . . .)
Agreed - the day I start having to worry about getting ripped off here is the day I stop buying shit here. p s - don't see that day ever coming...
it is really not an issue round these parts... like pogue said,,it is only an issue if a new member is looking to sell/trade from the get-go... then,,they should be prepared to get questioned and such.... it is kept tight like that on here,,any bad business will get stomped out right fast!!!
look around, if u don't like or trust someone do not buy from them. a board is not resposible for peoples purchases, take your interests to ebay if u don't like it.
i never said it was the board's responsibility or that this feedback thing is even mandatory. it would just help out but if the forums are self-policing then so be it
Like jebcrow said, it's a tight-knit forum (esp compared to that "other" forum) where most people are familiar with the regular posters. When someone tries to sell with very few posts, a red flag is immediately raised. Flippers get called out, even. There's usually less than a half-dozen posts in the FOR SALE section daily, unlike the 100 or so posts per day on the "other" board. I've never even seen a "where's my stuff?" or "beware of seller xxxxx" post here.

Speaking of the brown bunny, Vincent Gallo's gonna have a show in town tomorrow night. The S7 party is the same night so I won't be going to the show. "When" is one of those albums that I'll continually hear, even 5 years after its release.
