The sting from not being able to attend SDCC this year doesn't hurt any longer! Thank you, you know who you are!

Re: The "What you just got in the Mail" Thread
Well, I didn't exactly get this in the mail. My wife found it at some little shop when we were over in England. It's really squishy. Between that and the hole in the bottom of the foot, I thought it would be a squeaker. Does anyone know anything about it? Thanks!

Re: The "What you just got in the Mail" Thread
Wingnut - Don't know a whole lot about it other than it's interested me. I'm pretty sure I've seen versions of this on YJA while casting a wide net searching under "sofubi". Luke Rook may have also been working on something related with old molds? Seen here on instagram: http://instagram.com/p/TfgVQ/wingnut0 wrote: Well, I didn't exactly get this in the mail. Re: The "What you just got in the Mail" Thread
Thanks guys! The woman at the shop (Ark in Cambridge) was saying that these have been made in Japan by the same folks for 20+ years (who knows how true that is), and that they were expecting some different colorways to come in soon.

(like Cupie) Something like that. I have that one and a yellow one with mouse ears on her hat. Bought them at a candy shop in Osaka. Also I have a GID one from Luke, he bought the mold from what I remember him telling me.

Re: The "What you just got in the Mail" Thread
Medicom Toy. It was an early 2012 release, Japan only. I really liked this release in pics but he looks even better in hand, they did a superb job on the Kikaida line. Different textures on the vinyl from body to face and the collar has an even softer slicker finish. They look like actual scaled models you could use during filming. I'm obviously happy with my purchase.

Re: The "What you just got in the Mail" Thread
Ye.. i don't know what the deal is with the drippy yellow tail coming out of his arm but i plan on finding out. His other hand seems to be retracting back into his arm, so i'm guessing another soggy yellow whip can be produced? What it do?
