    where's my order
    i have ordered a devil man kabuki green since 1 month on s7 and no news, 6 mails and 0 response !!! customer service may be in holliday ? anyway, i will pass trought paypal and start a litige, sorry but it's not professional :| :| :|

    Unnecessary. Why don't you at least wait for someone from S7 to see your post here before filing a claim. You KNOW you'll get taken care of.

    i leave in france, for an order of 78 usd, i don't want to spend 30 usd in phone ! i leave my order number, get the paypal paiment so nobody can help me here, we are one the forum of s7 no ? crazy to see how it's not professional, in the first time, i just whant to know if my order has been shipped, noway for the time that it take to arrive, just when he has get shipped !!!

    ahahah, i have got my response, shop had my money since 3 weeks but the kabuki is allready "SOLD OUT", damned, mayby my next order should arrived ??? now i pray for my bangal :(

    I'd have freaked out too if I was in his position.
    But paid for 3 weeks and just to find it's been sold out?

    yes, i dropped the ball on this, which is what i conveyed to kikaiju in the emails we exchanged. We always do our very best, but we are human. Here and there, despite my best efforts, I make mistakes, and resolve the mistake to the best of my ability.
