Unnecessary. Why don't you at least wait for someone from S7 to see your post here before filing a claim. You KNOW you'll get taken care of.
i leave in france, for an order of 78 usd, i don't want to spend 30 usd in phone ! i leave my order number, get the paypal paiment so nobody can help me here, we are one the forum of s7 no ? crazy to see how it's not professional, in the first time, i just whant to know if my order has been shipped, noway for the time that it take to arrive, just when he has get shipped !!!

yes, i dropped the ball on this, which is what i conveyed to kikaiju in the emails we exchanged. We always do our very best, but we are human. Here and there, despite my best efforts, I make mistakes, and resolve the mistake to the best of my ability.
