dunno what band probably some kind of retro disco band knowing Richard's taste in music Hey, so I will be spending mine on credit card payments AND a certain box at S7
My initial thought was to pay off debt but I think i'm going to do the following: 50% towards debt, 30% towards some new clothing (these days I'm walking around looking rather bum-like) and 20% into my INGdirect savings account. And then I think the stimulus money has to go towards something illegal, just because.... I just scored my holy grail piece so I'm set on vinyl for a while...(or so I say)
Ugh. That's right up there with whatever the stuff in the plastic bottle I bought last week was. Kentucky something. I'm a single malt scotch guy, but I grabbed for a bottle of cheap bourbon last Friday for kicks. Kicks is what I got. In the gut.
Bad Bourbon is classic Americana its also cheap and just plain toxic. They make it with antifreeze or whatever crap they have lying around. Bad Bourbon is symbolic of the snake oil salesmen running the country to me. I'm so pissed at the government right now it'll go to Japan or something else they don't tax, not into our economy. On general principles I'll spend that elsewhere.
Big chunk of mine went to the 36" Evil. The rest will get whittled down piece by piece as I grow my collection.
The economic stimulus package will stimulate the Chinese economy as well, because the goverment is borrowing the money for the rebates from China.
Economic stimulus???? read on, dear Skullbrainers.... http://articles.moneycentral.msn.com/Ta ... bates.aspx
I already spent that $300 minus whatever check on my CM's Corporation Legioss/Tread set. I haven't been able to put the Tread down since I got it. Then today I had to buy $200 worth of Nexium today that my insurance didn't cover. That's one month's supply. Whee!
Yes, you heard me, I pumped that $300 straight into another nation's economy. Take that, Uncle George.
Because you're not being royally shafted at every turn by your government is trying to sweeten you up by giving you money from your next years tax return and calling it a bonus.
You're actually extremely lucky. This tax return is an incentive because our economy is struggling and we are practically in a recession. It may sound "neat' but it's not a good thing.
Really hope the US economy could recover fast and healthy. If the US economy is no good, nowhere in the world could escape from the impact.
