I have way too many sticks. That pic is a few years old and I probably have double the amount shown. I think I finally found the one I like (which of course is no longer in production) but yes, I also have a collection of sticks. I also have this flesh SB skull and after putting it inside my helmet, I realized that I have a big head (as if the large sized helmet didn't already tell me that). I've broken 2 sticks, in case you're wondering. ...and of course Makoto-chan is flesh
I like this flesh version out of all the releases. I don't think I have seen a painted version that I like yet of it. Fleshy bootleg goodness.
Agreed, two great figures. I really like seeing the height changes in the Bullmark bootlegs too, the side by side comparison is great. It looks to me to be a proportional sizing up of all the bits, likely from making a mold off of the original toy. I just missed one of those bootlegs once upon a time, and have never forgotten it.
I love it Moog! Up close and personal with the big hand. A fine toy, and great photo. Shucks, keshis are just so much fun, aren't they?
Here's some more keshi action (haven't got room for new photos so just diving into my old photos folder).. And some older bits and pieces from my collection
@onlybobafett - Ugly indeed. I love them. Especially the naked blank fleshy dude. Rei - The colorful sprays on that flesh look wonderful. Don't tease. Show us the whole figure in all it's glory.
@ultrakaiju @chimply.kaiju Yes it's the Hukkokudo Maity/Mighty He came to me from @TiredChildren , who had it painted by @gatchabert , after getting him from @Lixx , who got it from a certain Daniel! Fun knowing part of the history of this guy ~
^ An extra bit of history for you - that Hukko, and it's pretty paints, came into Jame's life thanks to this amazing SB event.
It is indeed. An absolutely beautiful custom. Many thanks to @gatchabert for bringing this fella to life, and to @TiredChildren for making it all happen. Just wonderful work with the colour selection on that base, and the execution of the painting. This is the way customs on here should be; an already fantastic toy elevated to an even higher level with thought and skill. That fellow is a real treasure, hope you love him for many years to come, Rei. And his wonderful history through the board is just an extra bonus!
Yes! Found out about it digging through the threads this morning It's how I found those older pics of our star. It should happen again! Not that I would consider Mighty ever leaving my grubby paws...
I really enjoyed painting that guy. Kaiju and RxH toys are the toys I love painting the most. The other stuff is fun too but those old Kaiju characters just make it the best for me.
Those are nice buildings, Rei. Can I ask, it is two pairs, and you are showing us the different sides of them, or are they four unique sculpts? [Not that it really matters, they are still great, just trying to satisfy my curiosity.]
^ Having just perused the IG and store, I'm pretty sure that there are only two building sculpts (so far).
Mr D is correct, just two wonderful sculpts. I got an extra set because I knew I could display them showing different sides like I've done here, and 'cause they were affordable And because I love little plastic buildings.
