No, sadly. And they don't ship overseas.

Thanks, that is unfortunate. I guess I'll try my luck with mandrake and m-world.

I purchased a whole bunch of them from Super7 years ago but I don't know whether they still carry them. Helps to know someone attending the various events they are released at, but that's not a given considering what I assume are limited numbers.
    Good Luck!

Also, I've messaged them before and their response was.."We don't ship overseas." I enquired about if I could use a service like rinkya or celga to purchase but never heard back.

@bryce_r I used Shopping Mall Japan to order the GID Gargantuan set direct from M1. Previous middlemen refused because I assume there was no cart option on M1's site and it was oldschool mail order. So I'm thinking if SMJ is willing to just pay M1 and then not even invoice me for 70 days they are the people you want as your middlemen (they had to be made and then they wait till they receive them before invoicing). I mean they go the extra mile IMO and their fees are really low.

Does US Toys post about releases on their site saying what's available for Japanese customers? I must admit I have an old link to US Toys blog and it hasn't updated since 2014. The shop link doesn't seem to post anything for sale.

@leadster , Thanks. I did look at S7's site, but they didn't have any sunguts, similar story with Roto and Lulu. I don't know anyone in Japan personally unless it's someone who goes there temporarily. But maybe I'll try SMJ like @Lixx suggested.

@bryce_r , sorry to hear that they didn't even reply about your Celga and Rinkya inquiry. It's a bummer that they didn't reply to the Celga question, it would have been nice to know.

I'm having a similar issue with Sunguts toys... I did make a Monstock purchase on mandrake recently and also purchased a milky white sunguts dunkleosteous. I wanted to buy a different painted version that they had, but I would have had to pay separate shipping since the other ones were from different stores. If I would have realized the difficulty level of getting U.S. Toys, I would have grabbed a U.S. Toys figure from mandrake to go with that order. Next time I guess, though I need to replenish my funds first, lol.

I have been out of the game for a few years (had a baby), but it seems to me that certain things are more difficult to get nowadays than they were even 3 years ago (albeit, some are easier to get)... But then again, I did just start getting back into this.

Perhaps @Fedhai or @chimply.kaiju could add more info, but I believe U.S. Toys are only available locally from their store or at events/festivals in Japan. There is no mail order option that I am aware of, even to local proxy buyers. Perhaps that is why proxy buyers are also unsuccessful, unless you are asking them to go to the festivals or to the store to purchase the toys.

Anyway, check out this large Tsuburaya-focused collection was just sold on YJA:

@deafmetal I saw this auction, it was a great deal if you haven't any of these minis. You're right, the only way to get some is to use an agent at festivals or use a proxi bid on YJA. He only sells in Japan (surely his licenses Tsuburaya and Toho only cover Japan and / or as many do not want to manage sales to ship). M-world often offers his news and it has been for some time regular collaborations with the Hakaba gallery in Nakano :http://hakaba-gallery.jp/. At the time you could find some at Yamashiroya in Ueno : https://e-yamashiroya.com/ and of course in his shop in Osaka. Almost impossible to buy at the retail price, at least twice the price. I note with pleasure that for some time more and more people are interested in this fantastic classic maker, which is a good thing but the other side of the coin is that prices go up on the aftermarket.

^^What a great price for that collection! And that pink Kanegon!
Thank you @deafmetal , I figured as much. I wonder how local (US) stores had these toys back in the day, but not now. I wonder what has changed?

@Fedhai , yes, that is a double edged sword. You get the fandom, which brings more money to the artist/company, which is good (and they might even produce more). But then you get the other side, where the toys gets a lot more difficult to obtain and the prices increase to crazy flipper levels on the aftermarket.

Didn't realise these were so hard to come by for western buyers. I got this little guy in a lot recently and wasn't sure about it; it was sort of a "buy all these to get one figure I want" deal. But I'm super happy with it in-hand! This is perhaps the first toy I'm happy to leave in its box; the packaging works so well, takes up almost no space and the glow lights up the edges of the box at night :D

@zindabad @gazpacho - Nice selections! It's fun to see all the different glow vinyl variants that have been released this last year.

Sorry. My bad. U.S.Toys isn't at the show. Only M1 will be there.

Why do cute toys always look good in massive groups! I want ALL of those sunny yellow Kanegons! Those clear textured Booskas would make wonderful perfume bottles, holding expensive vintage perfume (yet another thing I collect!) - they need to be glass or crystal though.
Thanks for sharing the pics Anthony and Archam!

Both absolutely slap. Wow. Are there loose coins inside Kanegon or have they been stuck together?

The coins are just put inside, they can move.
