What are our thoughts on these? I think they are super tits. The price is also right on these: pics from Kaiju Korner here: http://kaijukorner.blogspot.com.au/2013/01/super-festival-61-61-part-1-indie-toys.html#more
Also, thanks again to KaijuKorner Andy for the fantastic coverage as usual; without you, most of us would have no clue what was released
Yeah man . . . thanks Andy . . . really great coverage as usual If i had been lucky enough to be there . . . i would of loved these:
Wow that Marusan Goji has a great paint scheme. Beautiful toy. Is it standard or jumbo sized? Hard to tell. EDIT: wait I see 350 on the sign so its standard sized...
I was lucky enough to attend. Awesome event! I'll take a photo of my scores when I get home tonight if it's not too late.Tokyo is kinda snowed in and making the SLOW trip back to my home now. The Ilu-Ilu figures are awesome but sold out almost instantaneously. I spent way too much but I really should have got some toys in kicking myself about now. Oh well :p
Yeah I couldn't believe the prices on the Yamomark stuff either when I saw the pics, ridiculously cheap. But what I really want to know is... where are the pics from the M1Go booth
that mushroom soup man is soo good on the clear vinyl. that price is fuckin crazy too. anyone know if it was a full size run?
The paint job on this Kaiju Ken Zaborger is just amazing. Looks like he's just finished come though multiple explosions and ready to kick more ass. (Thanks for the great pictures Andy!)
The new figure is called "Toumei Ningen Tokio Super Nova". You're correct- it's made from the original Tokio figure with a new cape and helmet.
pretty keen on the gara-rama display: LOVE the w. wood robots...great styling: and yes, cheers to andy for getting us all in the door....
The iluilu jinmenjyu is nice but really a little steep for a mini figure. Nice gesture from iluilu to give the general public first sales before those with dealer passes. But still too few were available after those kept aside for insiders. Those buta human heads are all different, pretty cool.
