I've reorganized the stuff and given these awesome toys their own shelf. Pound for pound (ounce for ounce?) some of the most creative stuff out of the sofubi scene in the last couple of years. Hossy-san mixes it up non-stop and collabs with amazing artists like Monster Farm and the Jungle crew. I'd love to see pics of other folks' shelves. If you got em, post em!
you raaang? here is a crappy picture of my collection. 33 total so far. i'll take a better pic when i received that jungle red/blue popsoda extremely JEALOUS of that unpatined milky white and blue. where did you get'em? better pics here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/lalosoda/s ... 497508270/
Nice pics as always, Jay! Great stuff Jesus. I've never seen that 8 Style PS before. The PK horizontal stripe custom is awesome. Curious - no love for the minis? I think they look great mixed in with the regular sized versions. About the milky and clear blue blanks, they're test shots.
I love the minis too but like to mix them together with the standards. Call it Pearl Milk Pop Soda. (Sorry, early morning Taiwan joke...) The googly eyed fellow was a Fall 2008 Pachi Summit lottery giveaway. I kicked bacK as many beers and plates of fries as I could to collect the entry tickets. Ilanena and Itokin Park also gave me their ticks, which helped do the trick. But I remember that night Ricky (Velocitron) was the big scorer. He got something like 3 large sized figures in the lottery. Shwiiing!
they're purty about the minis... i can't get into them. my wife had one, but i just couldn't like it for some reasons. maybe it's the proportions, or the shape of the head... ionno
That's cool. It's definitely more stocky than the lanky standard sized PS. Costello to the line's Abbot.
Nice one, Jay! I love the way Popsoda collabs go in so many directions. It's almost like Hossy says, "Just go with it any way you want." He's really open to new and creative ideas!
Pachi Summit limited release. I don't think it's a one-off by PopSoda. And amazing PS collections by everyone.
It's not a one-off, but they were made by Popsoda (Hossy). I think there were 3 or 4 total. meanmistert - That's a really cool set up. EVerything fits together so nicely!
Thanks, but for me it all pales next to those Clear Blue ones. And where is Nikemsi? (in France!) I know he's got some 'sodas.
i keep coming back to see that milky white. I wish i lived in japan. test pulls are hard to come by state side
