Now I know this is a rip off cross between Anime visuals and Sam Flores but I almost kind of liked this for two seconds - until I got to the shoes!!! Way to ruin a figure! "I like this samurai girl look, but it's not quite complete..." "Oh shit, that's it! No samurai outfit is not complete without big fat sneakers!" My oh my. What is wrong with these people? At least he didn't call it "old skool kaiju" (Another almost not bad toy cursed with a horrible name - and BIG ASS SHOES.
Perhaps the feudal system in Japan would have survived if the Samurai just had the foresight to wear big sneakers. They could have run faster that way. I have now seen the light. I wonder if I can get a KR kid to customize some big ass sneakers for my toys?
This is from Eric Scarecrow, the dude that did the Statue of Liberty chick holding a spray can instead of the torch, She also has big shoes and face was very cartoony. Seen it on the front page of the TT site. Been on sale for a long time, so I guess it's not a big hit w/ the KR crowd, either.
OK you guys, this is top secret product development, so don't let the guys on other message boards see this...it's the prototypes for my "Kaiju With Kicks" line... Sorry, those are the biggest sneakers I have. The completed toy will have much, much bigger shoes on.
whats with the sword design? the handles insinuate fists and she really has no arms to fill her sleeves. looks like beavis doing the cornholio. she needs TP for her bungholeo. btw: her pretzel belt also sucks.
Adding "urban" elements to random non-urban things is probably my least favorite toy trend. It ruined some of those Flores paintings for me too.
Ooooh... it's supposed to be a spray can? I thought it was a vibrator... I was wondering why nobody else was offended by that. LOL!!! My Hero!!!
Come on guys, don't you get it? She's all bummed out because she's gotta wear hand-me-downs from her big brothers, who just happen to be a graffitti artist and a samurai.
He is putting on his big ass tennis shoes. Lord Bemons lack of fingers makes tying shoelaces a chore!
I like how the swords are designed to make you think it's her arms, but damn if this type of style isn't played out as hell. I can't help but think of...
