Anyone have any pictures of the Triffid vinyl figures from Marmit/Karzworks? thinking about getting one... Thanks
no, but i do have this thing called "google"... http://kaijulab.blogspot.com/2012/03/fr ... works.html
Very funny... I already googled them & only get about 2-3 pictures. So let me re-clarify my post..... Does anyone know how many different versions of Triffids there are & what they look like/pics? The 2 i've seen are a orangish one & a greenish one. Mandarake seems to have a black/green one for sale but picture not very clear...
And yes... I know there is really only one "version" of triffid --- the one that spits poison & kills...
Shit banshee, I'd opt for a program that allowed electric shock to the users keyboard once they hit enter to post something dumb they could have looked up.......but then people would think I'm a negative nancy!
I had tried looking it up and found very few pictures/information.... i was hoping someone here had some good clear photos of them... and i guess the old saying "there's no such thing as a stupid question" doesn't hold true here. So I'm new to collecting and stupid ... thanks for making me feel welcome...
You're not stupid, you just didn't use common sense. Here's the existing Marmit thread, viewtopic.php?f=3&t=32720&p=762973#p762973, you could've asked your question there which would have bumped that thread to the top. It's a pretty active thread, so someone would have seen it and gave you whatever info you needed. I'm not one to bash on newbs, but the mannerisms you guys do tend to get annoying.... especially when it's so easy to avoid it.
I think everyone takes a bit of a kicking at first until you learn the rules! These pics are from the Marmit site. Remember . . . . when searching for pics always try to find the Japanese characters for the name of a figure and google them. You usually get better results. Also, never assume there will be plenty of photos of a figure . . . if its not a particularly popular one there probably wont be. http://www.marmit.co.jp/tuhan2/hsm-001a.html http://www.marmit.co.jp/tuhan2/hsm-001b.html
