so i didn't get the usugrow. even with my backstage pass. it sold out about 8 people in front of me...lol that's the breaks. anyways, throughout all of it, s7 staff maintained their cool and kept everyone informed. thanks for keeping it real. one of thee best retailers i've come across in my life. you are doing A LOT right
They are good peeps, aren't they? They always keep their cool and treat their customers well, even when under a lot of pressure at events.
