Some of you may remember I had a moving sale at the beginning of Sept. A member here called dibs on an item for Playdohpunk. I put the item on hold, pm'd PDP but he still hasn't opened the pm from the first week of Sept. Anyone here heard from him? Haven't seen him posting recently. Not trying to be alarming, just hope all is well...
As you know, he was laid up a couple of months ago: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=24090&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&hilit=playdohpunk&start=0 Hopefully he isn't dealing with repercussions from that. Try using the email function instead of PMs and see if he responds.
Thanks Roger, I'll try that. BTW, I'm not attempting to sell Playdoh anything. Just curious why he's suddenly disappeared after posting regularly.
I haven't seen Playdoh "Paul" or Miami "Clay" around lately either as they usually they keep in touch with me about new Dokugan releases... hope they are both doing okay...
An update on this: I haven't gotten a reply from him, and it's been five days. We are, of course, assuming the worst because he talked about a recent hospitalization, but I'm wondering if he just might be on vacation or something. I suggested to someone who asked that they send him a letter. Let's see what happens.
I sent him something for the recent art trade, plus some followup messages to see if it got there alright. Delivery confirmation number says it was delivered. Never heard anything from him though, sort of gave up on it.
Just letting everyone know that playdohpunk emailed me over the weekend. He's doing fine, just taking a break.
Just bought a toy from playdohpunk and got this from Paul: Thanks Chris! Yes, it is playdohpunk (now playpunk). I haven't been round the boards becasue i had to get ahold of my spending. I'm actually getting ready to declare bankruptcy as soon as xmas is over. sux i know but at least i wont be in debt <BR>have a good holiday! oh, and you can tell everyone i said hello and why i haven't come round. dokugans are next on the chopping block! <BR><BR>paul It's good to hear he's alive, even it is under stressful situations like bankruptcy.
