I collect cutesy looking Japanese character ceramics. I don't have that many, but my uncle was in the Navy, and stationed in Japan, and when I was 7 or 8 he gave me a few that he had acquired. I've been collecting them (when I can find them locally) ever since. This was my first one, for the life of me, I can't find any info on him.
Not my pic but I've got everything vinyl you see there plus the metallic versions of those that have been released. Yeah yeah, it's rotocast Chinese junk but my Famicom love trumps my 'sofubi' love ten times over.

I would like to see a picture of your whole DQ collection. Toriyama is a master and the DQ monsters are well done. Did you get the hero figures too? Guilty pleasure? Ummm, wrestling? Toys... S. Dots from Takara of NES game sprites. I could spend hours doing those.
Yeah I've been really curious about DQ as well, they're really well priced, and some of the monsters and heroes look really cool. I just wondered what the quality was like on them, and the sizing as well.
We got a few in stock for the Louisville Arcade Expo, they are a good size, a little bigger than fight size figures depending on the shape (slimes are smaller). They are solid and you can tell it's Chinese vinyl. But Square does a good job on making them as accurate as possible.
