Posted after a cancer scare post too... What are you trying to accomplish here?
Feed not the troll, for it is dark and slimy under the bridge, whilst we should dwell in the sunlight and enjoy our kaiju thusly.
'Cancer feeds off of sugars' . . . the grammatical structure of that sentence alone leads me to believe you need never worry about clearing a space on the mantle for a Nobel Peace Prize.
I got a cancer related FU for the insurance companies. My ex got diagnosed with a cancer recurrence 10 years and 6 months after her first diagnosis. Here original disease was super aggressive, and a form that basically can be beat back, but never really leaves the body. So a reasonable procedure is to re-scan every couple of years to catch a recurrence early. When the 10 year mark came up, her oncologist ordered the scans, but the insurance company would not approve as a preventative measure. 6 months later, she's having difficulty breathing, gets 2 liters(!!) of fluid drained from around her lungs, and guess what, the cancer's back. It may not have been getting going six months ago, but now we'll never know.
Anyway, on the upside, it's not in her bones, her liver, or her brain. She may be able to get treated with hormones and skip the chemo. She's also got a lot of support. But it would have been easier to get started on all this six months back.
^ Genuine fuck you right there. I'm really sorry to hear that news, Blake. Here's to hoping she can beat it back quickly and with as little discomfort as is possible in these situations. Wishing her and you all of the best through it.
And, while it gets said a lot around here, doesn't mean it is any less true or less deserving, fuck cancer.
That's fucking awful and a huge FU to the insurance carrier trying to dodge a preventative measure. So what they'll pay for measures/procedures if it gets bad but not helpful longevity enhancing short term measures? Fucking insurance companies completely ruin all medical help in this country and should fucking be banned. All insurance should be banned in general- biggest scam going.
Medical care in America is run by corporations. Corporations behave like sociopaths. Not a good combination.
FU to those that want to pick it apart, instead of seeing it for the value it has...y'all are funny.
In my 25+ years of toy collecting I don't think I have ever read a weirder rant about nothing... Thanks James for your restraint and considerate responses to a curly ass hair that just needs to be plucked and flushed
So...where exactly was there any value in any of that, that didn't come from James? I feel like I just broke my 13 year streak of sobriety after reading that drunken stupor.
On the lighter side of FU's,
Hey MindStyle stay the fuck out of making Kaiju.
Ah can't believe I missed another epic post by this wastoid
Wastiod is a great word, FU to those Mates without Dates.
I see the irony in me posting this . . . but can someone just ban this asshat!
I know it's been said already but Photobucket can get fucked. The more I look around and see how much is gone the more frustrated I get.
I still have to [hopefully] download all of my images from my account so I can cancel it. The only thing that super sucks, is, I don't want to start flooding the living hell out of topics with new photo posts of old shots. I started doin' that in the American Idols threads and felt like a dick. Just knowing how many images across the entire internet are broken is ridiculous.
I don't use Photobucket so I don't truly understand the issue. Is it not the case that you can just make an adjustment and everything re-appears? The sad part is having to use a 3rd party to do all of this. The reason I post more on IG than here is because I hate using those third parties and it's just easier to post there. I wish that wasn't the case. I'm not a big tech guy so I don't really understand all the logistics. I just wish there was a way to post the photos on here without having to use another service.
@Brooklyn_Vinyl Basically, Photobucket was a free service for third party hosting. They released new terms of service, quietly, and essentially without any warning, cut off third party hot links and sharing. The only way to deactivate this is to either pay $40 a month, or $400 a year. And unless you do this, you cannot share you photos anywhere, in anyway, through their service, and some have even reported not being able to export their images from their accounts. Many are calling this Photobucket blackmailing its customers: "Pay is $40 or $400, or you don't get your photos back."
Holy shitballs, that's absolutely terrible @xSuicide Squadx. I sure hope that doesn't become a trend with other services.
Absolutely ridiculous about photobucket. Reading that irritates even though I never used it.
I don't think that I'll even log in to PB again. All I've got there now is a few bad product shots from sales and a couple of recent low-res things. Although I might just change all my personal settings and stats so that they can data mine poop. Bah.
